if you have ever installed some of the "thief II" there was a neat feature that really helped me.... and could for other games i think.
after the installation was complete a screen shot with a tip was shown. there was then an option to see more tips or finish the installation.
i don't know how much file size some 800x600 jpg screenshots would add to the file size, but showing a quick tip or 3 on the clipboard, where to find the help files, how to get a trainer, what the different arenas are, and stuff like that might be worth adding.
