Wait this is what might have happened, the wound was caused by your sidearm going off and the bullet traveled up your torso and exited out of your neck and then thru the canopy. That would explain why you were not killed out right by a 20mm shell which would have turned you into hamburger. It was an exit wound !!!

I'm just happy to see the blood, I think it looks great.

I mean, in the grand scheme of things there are worse bodily fluids to see on your cockpit than blood
