we ran some wonderfull hordes out of nit landia last night.
First off we did a B17 raid escorted by ponies and killed many, many bish.
My mission was cut short tring to gang bang Morpheus in his 109G2 but he killed alot of us very quickly
the second was a huge base capture attempt on rooks.
we capped 4 bases at once to give cover for the goon but inevitable a spit got through and shot our fist C47 down as he landed.
I was then suddenly killed by puffy ack at 18k and rolled the back up goon.
about 20 mins of hard fighting and capping ensued and i got the goon to the town as we lost the cap, as everyone ran out of fuel from the original mission.
I performed the classic stall turn troop drop from 950ft and the troops hardly opened their chutes before running for the map room.
a Typh got me and a few others were staffing the troops and all was lost. We had not one single fighter left up by the field and all seemed lost.
Then....a minute later.......
SYSTEM: Map room destroyed.
The Knights have captured field 42 (or whatever)
WOOOOT!

good fight.
that made it all worth it.
It was great to see so many nits from all squads helping out and working as a solid unit.
THANKS to everyone who joined, it was really awesome fun.
Base capture is fun, but like all things only in small doeses. I think i've had my fill for a few months
