I have not had many discos lately. I dont know if its just me or is anyone else is having a problem similar too mine. Of the 3-4 discos I have had in the last month, they all occured when I was in a perked vehicle of some sort. I dont really care if I lose the perk points, I just think its odd that the discos occured when using one. Is this just a strange coincidence or is this happening to others out there?

3 or 4 per day some times. Got used to it.

Just a follow up. After posting origianal message went back to log in again and main arena closed. It must have got shut down while in a perked ride this time. What bumb luck that was.

Dedalos, I used to get discoed that many times all the time. It was some 6 months or so ago. It turned out that I had a bad cable coming into the house. Replaced the cable and all was well. During the worst time, I think I had 40+ discos during a tour.

You might double check that yer DX9 is running at 3/4 speed iso full. That can cause discos when you least expect it.

My bad, did not give nuff info. The game locks up and the computer does not regain control till the connection to host lost message comes up. Always when I change views with some one on vox at the same time.

I also had that problem....
VOX/VIEWS!!!

The issue was onboard sound card was trying to share the same IRQ with my onboard USB. I disabled the onboard USB and tried and it all went away.

Look closely at whats sharing what and you may find the answer.
