My squadies and me decided, for God knows what reason, to take up
A formation of these bombers the other night.  I think we all could agree that this bomber is excellent at climb rate, quick to get to top speed (around 325 at sea-level), very maneuverable.  Only draw back we could see was that its range is limited to about 2 sectors and back.  Kinda wonder why this plane isnt used at all.

You should check out the A20. It is proly one of the most under used, undestmated planes in AH.

A20 is slower than a mossie, and lacks the bombsight.
But wait untill we have an a26 ;)

Anyway, since the bomb-aiming became easier again, the Boston has a life.

Hmmm- though, Ju88? Fast one on internal load.

 Not that much slower You can run around 400knts most of the time in the A20. It is far thougher than the mossie, and it doesnt need a bombsight it is an attack plane. It takes on board eight 500 lbers which I never seem to have a problem putting them on target. Infact I killed six tanks on one mission just this morning. I then came in with my guns and took out two M3s and an M16. It is a good plane.

The only problem I have with the A20, is that I pull the elevators off too easily.

I don't have much MA stick time in them, but I flew them in the Kurland scenario. I think I'll try out the Boston again in the MA. I used to pick the B-26 over the boston because I valued the defensive gun package, and the Ju-88 if I was going ship hunting.

I never liked the twin engined attackers (except for the B-26) They are no fighters, but also no bombers.
The Boston for instance has a lousy defencive armament!

Hahaha that's one way to put it...

The problem with it's speed is that the fighters have lots of time to 'hang on their tail' thus allowing them to get a very long time to aim
