This makes three; Annika has two big sisters; Svea & Brigitta are ages 5 and 3. We are also now guaranteed that there will be no more. Three is the perfect size for us.

I’m not sure if I understand your question Lada, but it’s pretty common in the US for people to have a first name, middle name, and last / surname (typically inherited from the father). Yes, my wife and I each have a middle name, as do our siblings, parents, etc.
