i made a new animated gif for JB82 and sent it to him.  for some reason it wont animate when he tries to upload it.

any idea what might cause this?

i tried it from my computer and on my account and it worked just fine.

Sometimes in the process of saving it an animated .gif can become just a plain .gif.  

However, at the moment I am not in a proper state to get my brain to give up enough information to tell you WHY and how to avoid it.  Peraps some other kind folks can do that for yu.
