I have it down in Cincinnati. Not to bad here, if I'm on late(1-3am) they seem to do nightly testing/system checks that can really mess with connection and such. Not noticable to often though.

Hmmm, very interesting. I'd call them up and tell'um. Maybe something in your settings, maybe something on their end? I'm not to knowlgable when it comes to this stuff, I say make them fix it :D

i have adelphia, got no probs, tho i do lose tcp conection in ma alot

I'm in Ashtabula, about 50 some miles north east of you.   I use Adelphia Powerlink as well.    I have no idea how to post what you did or I could test my connection and see if its the same or better than yours.       I very rarely lose TCP anymore.

SE,

Just download pingplotter (if ya really want to test).  You can then save pics of your tracert graphs it makes.  However, I think ya have to open the PNG it makes with paint and save it as  JEPEG to put it up in here).
