I would just like to suggest adding a permanent squelching option, possibly with some sort of interface that shows you who you have on the list.  I am sure there are some other people who play who just have people that they would rather not have to read text from or hear ever and would just rather be as oblivious to their presence in the game as possible.  Going through when I start the game up and adding people to squelch everytime is pretty annoying, I think that a feature like this could really improve the enviroment for alot of players who just don't want to read rude comments made by the same people over and over, and simply just be done with them.
Taking an enemy on the battlefield is like a hawk taking a bird. Even though it enters into the midst of a thousand of them, it gives no attention to any bird than the one it first marked.
