Pyro, I suggest new forum - Aces High Sound General
« on: February 22, 2001, 09:56:00 PM »
I want its special forum, pyro.

I think I shouldn't post about custom sound on General discussion anymore.

and AKWabbit, Fishu, fscott and others....
We have great sound creators now. haven't we?
also We can suggest any new sound features for AH.

Why don't you make it?

Thanks,
-Mitsu

I'll second that Mitsu.

I think someone had posted a whole gambit of sounds for the P-51 at one time. I can't find it now though. I thought it has the engine start/stop, flaps, etc. The one's I found now fscott's and Wabbit's don't have them.

I just got into downloading these sounds today, and I really enjoy them.

BTW. Mitsu, I can't seem to get the M3 or M16 sounds to work. Are the directory names correct?

Midnight,

Paste wave files to the following directories.

\HTC\Aces High\sounds\m3
\HTC\Aces High\sounds\m16

I guess you inserted waves in \HTC\Aces High\sounds\m3\m3\ directory.

Nope   Everything is in the right directory. I tested all the sounds with media player. They sound fine. Just not working for the M3 and M16 in AH. I still get the default sounds.

All the other sounds work just fine. I enjoy the Panzer main gun a lot. The timing is perfect for repeated firing.

I'll try these again when I get home. Keep up the good work
