The documentation at Creative's website did mention an issue with one model of AOpen motherboard, but it also said they had fixed it with a BIOS update and updated drivers.

Okay, went to Radio Hack, got the adapter, hooked it up. Winduhs XP detects the adapter, AH detects the device, but somehow pitch, roll, and rudder, even though mapped to my stick, are getting input from the throttle, so that full power on the 2 throttles also gives me full rudder, full, aileron, and elevator without touching the stick. Also, my buttons/2 hats on the throttle don't seem to map, and buttons 0-3 show up in green in the stick selection screen in AH. This is the most fun I've had since I put my hand on a stove burner set to 'High'.

Anyone have any more ideas, or suggestions? I'm concerned that having 2 USB devices active will cause some issues, but I'm totally in the dark. I've never had 2 sticks/devices connected. Again, system is as follows:

Asus A7N8X-X
AMD xp 2400
Windows XP Pro SP2
512MB Corsair PC2700 DDR
Chaintek FX5200 256MB AGP Vid Card-Omega 61.77 drivers
Saitek Cyborg 3D Gold USB
Suncom SFS Throttle Assembly (this thing was in AW before I ever heard of online gaming[Tx Pezhead]) on RadioHack adapter 26-164

Um...I'd just unhook the bastage and go back to the way you were doing it before

That is precisely what I did. I finally figured all the issues out, and regret having wasted a moment on any of this. I won't even bother with the details, but there's a reason this company wasn't terribly successful selling sticks.

The RadioShack gamport USB Adapter is part number 26-164.  I've used one for years with my old analog CH pedals.
