After messing with my setup I checked the limit to 60fps button.
Immediately got horrible lag in the MA thought my connect was playing up and checked net stat. The Variance looked like the New York Skyline reflected in the Bay ie all the way up to top along for a while then down all the way to bottom and the rinse and repeat.
I am not sure if anyone saw me warping but everything was in slowmo then speeeding up for me.
Uncheck the button and all is fine.
Tested again to be certain and it happens again.
