Hmmm the president? Politicians? CEO's? How bout aircraft? I could see a multitude of targets. Like I said if you need the range and penetrating power of a 50 cal. you are not much of a hunter. And if your a professional shooter(target) then your gun is usually custom made so its not issue.

In the finest traditions of American jurisprudence, we find you .50 BMG shooters guilty until proven innocent.

Congrats, Raider... great concept.

Illegals pay 6k.

What the hell is wrong with this state?

Thanks Gray davis you dolt.

There was a bill in California that was recently voted down that would make it so illegal aliens would have to pay out of state tuition instead of paying resident tuition.

The bill that had passed was the one that allows illegal aliens to pay the same resident fee as California residents to attend state college.  They pay the same resident tuition fee that all California residents would pay for State College.  Remember, in California we have two state college systems, the UC and the State Universities.  The UC system is the higher costing of the two, on average a State University school resident tuition is in the $15,000 dollar range while the UC resident tuition on average is $20,000.

Personally, I voted against the bill that passed since illegal aliens are not legal residents, they shouldn't get the perks.  Now some may consider this being hypocritical but the major difference between my stance on this bill is that denying them the benefit of paying resident tuition does not deprive them of their fundemental basic rights.  Unlike other bills and movements that want to deny them such basic rights as the access to basic healthcare.

Why are foreigners even being admitted to CSU?  Take all the qualified California applicants before even considering out-of-staters and foreigners.

You sir are either a bigotted racist or a racist bigot. I have not yet decided.

Please explain just exactly why a legal resident should get any sort of favoritism over someone who just arrived in the country illegally?

If anything, there should be affirmative action that allows EVERY illegal immigrant a chance for a free education before ANY legal California citizen is allowed the chance to pay for his/her education.

so raider... How many of the people or objects you mentioned have been shot at with .50's?    Do you think it is just a good idea for the government to punish you for something you MAY do.

Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Hapiness...something our country's fathers were babbling about in this little document they wrote a couple of hundred of years back.

If the government actually thought about it, they could capture A LOT of illegals by offering cheaper education. Then when they say they're illegal and plan to apply for citizenship, boot them.

It's that easy, honestly. HONESTLY BOOT THEM THEY"RE GOING TO STEAL OUR JERBS

It is illegal for an emergency room to turn away someone in need of urgent medical care if they do not have the means to pay for that care.  Courts have upheld this by citing that it violates a person's unalienable rights.
