Animated gifs? Most of the imageediting software will let you build those.

I use Fireworks, or Photoshop.

Skydancer. I was looking at the pictures in your Avatard and saw one that looks like someone in an ultralight.

Is that you? What type of plane is it?

Cool.

I have flown a Quantum 912. In fact I took my lessons in it. I agree they are very cool to fly.

Any plans on continueing your lessons?

Picked this thread up up late! Ressurection special!

Yeah Habu Flying that thing was cool. Closest thing I could get to  the Wright brothers!:lol

I was amazed that the stall speed was only 40mph. Man,  in a strong headwind we'd have been flying backwards! Took it up to 4000ft flew over Warwickshire then dipped under the cloud over the outskirts of Birmingham and buzzed my house! Had to leave the area sharpish because we were encroaching on Birmingham airspace, naughty. but a great experience.

The lateral control was easy to grasp for a biker like me as it was like holding handle bars and the turn uses similar weight transfer and counter steer. Controling pitch require some re calibration as you push forward to go up instead of down like you do on this flight sim game. The Instructer told me that Bikers take to flexwing flying easier because its about weight transference the same as on a bike.

My Girlfreind bought me another hour. So I'll have another go.
Would love to continue but the finances are weak. So I'll probably book the odd flight throughout the year. Learn as much as I can and then when finances improve I'll have a bit of experience behind me to embark on proper training.

Thanks for the interest.
