My frame rate went up by about 20+ fps with equal settings and new version.
I had to lower settings to 1024x768, 128x128 skins, details sliders all to the right skins and all eye candy off to keep 2.02 playable.
Now I'm back on 1280x960, 512x512 skins, sliders half way and eye candy on.
Thanks for you hard work to make it enjoyable again.
