I tried sending a email to support but did not get an answer, I was trying to change my email address to a hotmail account, as my address is getting bombed with spam and I was going to delete it, however when I try to change it I get a message saying that the address is banned or something to that effect, I tried a new address and same thing can anyone shed some light on this

MSN/Hotmail filter/block email from our bulletin board and registration servers.  They will not respond to any requests about it.

By the way, support email gets a 24 hour turn around time.  If you do not get a response from us within that time (not counting weekends or holidays), then we did not get the email.

You would not get the account activation or any notices from our servers.  Without account activation you cannot use the bulletin board.
Talk to MSN/Hotmail about it.  It is not our choice.

Nope.  We have no idea why they filter specific email from specific servers.  They will not respond to any inquiries about it.

Now don't qoute me but I've heard that MSN/Hotmail (Microsoft), and AOL will block an email just because someone reported it as SPAM.

The HUGE downside is that they do not check it out to confirm it, and because of that some companies are blocking emails from MSN/Hotmail and AOL. I found out when I sent my resume thru my Hotmail account and got a msg back that it was considered as SPAM. I had to get with my local ISP to get my email account with them going again.
:(

I'm thinking (can smell the smoke pouring out of my ears) that is what happened Skuzzy.
