VOX Issues since last update/patch
« on: April 09, 2006, 08:26:34 PM »
Ever since the last patch/update, I seem to be having frequent VOX outages.  Never had them before.  Any suggestions or solutions I can implement?

Thanks

Right there with you. I loose VOX after about 30 minutes to an hour of playing. Its annoying to have it drop out and not hear anything from other players or even be able to communicate. Kinda makes me want to go back to using other programs to have comms with my squadron mates and to heck with everyone else.

Goofy issue here - not sure if related with vox, but it is sound related...

Sometimes when taking a nasty death  - one where the pings and noise are still coming in after you're n tower....OR sometimes when starting a mission....

Upon the next reupping of a plane(or up of mission plane) , there will be no engine sound. It'll kick in later - maybe 20 seconds to several minutes after.
It does play the enigne start sequence to the normal engine sound. You can hear external sounds and vox -  just no engine.
