1 flash 1 bullet?
« on: April 17, 2005, 03:40:36 PM »
When you shoot a plane and it shows a flash, is that flash representing 1 bullet hit?  or several bullets hitting?   I realize that if your in a yak w/37mm or hurrican w/40mm and popping 1 round off, that flash would be 1 round hitting.

(hope i explain this right)

But in a plane with 20mm  , 50'z or 303'z rounds etc.. it would be several rounds hitting per flash ?  ,
Does the number of rounds hitting very per flash?
Are they the same number of bullets hitting depending on caliber?  ..  for example
do ,..303'z have 10 rounds hitting per flash everytime, 50'z have 5 rounds hit per flash everytime no matter what ?  20mm 3 hits per flash?  or what?

Also when it comes to the sound, is 1 ping  , 1 hit with 1 round? or can 1 ping be several rounds hitting, again im guessing it would depend on the type round hitting.  Under sound settings it has hit 1 hit 2 and so on to 8 i think,  whats this for?

just woundering,  thanks for any replies

If im in a plane with cannons/mg's, I always fire cannons only unless point blank, as I cant tell whether its cannons or bb's hitting the guy
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large numbers
