Ok I just received some snail mail mail from
"National Registers WHO's WHO In Executives And Professionals"

Anyone know WTF this is all about?
Is it a scam?
Something legit and if it is legit WTF is it all about and is is it a good idea to fill out the card and send it in?
They are telling me as follows

What they are asking me for is nothing more then they could get on their own with the info they have already.
They want o me to fill out and mail back a card with.
My Name and title, Company name, Street address, Buisness phone #'s
Then fill out "breifly"
My Industry, Principle product, service or activity
Personal specialty and type of organization

Anyone ever even heard of this group before?

My Dad's registered on that list and apparently has some business contacts through it. It's pretty expensive IIRC.

it has been around for years, I remember it from the 70s.
think of it as a high priced (national/international) phone/contact yearbook. you pay to get your name, info, etc. published.

it is legit, though, depending on your point of view, the scam is the price.

it is a good idea for some, if they wish to pay the price.

it is usually used by business owners, top doctors, top lawyers, or wannabes.
someone with a service or products to sell.

as for you personally, it is up to you, to decide. whether you want to be in it or not.

as for me, I have no reason or use, to be in it. I do personally know a couple people in it. and know it works for, what it is for (rich folks

my stepfather is in it, president (like mayor) of the village i live in for 17 years.

he got his for free i forgot how or why. but yes like a list of rich / infulentual people

wonder how they got my name.

Might fill it out and send it in just for chits & giggles.

they arent asking for any money.(right now) and the only info they are asking for is stuff they can easily find out with the info they already have.

Who knows. might even help me along the way to my ultimate goal of world emperor.

Yeah i get one of these every year in my office...

Its real simple...

Its not a illegal scam..... But it is for the sucka impaired..

You pay them money.. They do a write up on you in their who's who registry..

I think they wanted to make me man of the year or something.. I say how much does it cost? wtf... shove your registry where the sun don't shine jackal bastages...

I wasn't on their international man of mystery registry this year so i think i got my point across to them....

you'll probably end up in there dred, but you won't get your own copy of the book. that will cost mucho dinero
