I dont know how you can claim 'other people...getting off scot free.'  Not everyone makes it a point to inform the entire arena that they got a mod warning.  My kids come up with that 'somone else did' line, and I tell to just worry about themselves.  

The fact you want to keep this discussion rolling kind of supports the notion that you get muted because you cant leave well enough alone.

ive seen it...been there done that.  sent an email.  
squaddie gets muted for 30 minutes, then soon as he can talk again, seen person joke about not getting muted, using same words my squaddie did.  

its not that my squaddie shouldnt have been muted, but that the other guy should have too.  think that is the point.  which brings up question i asked in other thread,  is there a live mod on at all times?  Rod seems to think so, he was pretty adament about it.  my email response there was not, or more specifically, that he may of logged, which i took to mean there is not always a live mod on.
