 The "film of films" is coming out again!

 The 2001 Theatrical Release features all new negative and stereo soundtrack and missing footage. U.S. release dates:

Cinema Village - New York       - June 15
NuArt - Los Angeles             - June 15
Kendall Square - Boston         - June 15
Century Centre Cinema - Chicago - June 15
Lumiere - San Francisco         - June 29
Shattuck - Berkeley             - June 29
Egyptian - Seattle              - July 6

 The thing for me is that it is on the big screen. Mmmhmm.  Nothing beats the full theatre, "big screen" experience!  

 I'll buy the DVD release when I get a DVD player for sure. In the meantime I've the VHS format to enjoy. Hell, it's a family keep it out of the wifes sight of course) icon!!

so that would mean no general release for those of us who live nowhere near any of those cities?
