Some 'tard-arses just sit there once they die or they go afk and spend 45 freakin' minutes typing check 6 commands just to spite you. It's really idiotic. I've had it happen to me a few times (2 'tards, 3 different times)

Seriously, I think a 'check six' squelch would be an excellent enhancement to the game!  I never realized that even after squelching someone they can still 'check six' you!  I have not had that many nuisance 'check six' situations but when they happen you remember them (and the cpid).  

Of course, that can add a whole dimension to the game.  Hunting down pilots to annoy them could be just the ticket for someones fun!  Oh wait, it looks like that is already going on!  Fortunately, it is not very widespread.   Disabling the 'check-six' feature from someone who is squelched would fix this problem.

He pissed me off so I sent him multiple check 6 calls
He was a jerk, and deserved the treatment.

I remember way back in AH1 if you checked six someone enough in a row it would usually knock their vox out.

HT I was in a HTH room a while back and I had the bugger squelched and I still got 250 check 6 messages.

This was some time ago and I didn't bother to get screens or a demo.

If you check 6 someone constantly who is running from the same base IP (like over a router with one IP) to the MA it will dump both people to desktop.

Been done and I can recreate it.
