Would it be advisable to use the Omega Drivers?
Also.. I have another Gig of Cas 3 Ram. Would it be beneficial to use it... or lose it and try to get some faster memory?
Thanks,

You could download the Omega's and try, wouldn't hurt. Just make sure you have the old drivers you are using now standing by in case you want to switch back. I've never heard of anyone who was using stock Nvidia or ATI drivers who changed to Omega and had problems if they didnt before. You may or may not see an increase, but then the drivers may or may not be "tweaked" to run at their best on your rig. Install them, play with the settings, see what you think.
As for the memory issue, it depends. On your memory configuration, and on whether or not your motherboard uses dual channel. If you have 2 single 1GB sticks, probably no. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, even if your motherboard supports Dual Channel, I dont think you can benefit from it with only 2 sticks of RAM? If you have 2x512 sticks, and 2x512 on your second GB, and if your motherboard supports dual channel, installing all of it might net you a performance increase. Although (again, I'm not sure of this), I believe your RAM has to be matched pairs to run dual channel. Bear in mind though that regardless of configuration, installing the 3.0 latency RAM will slow down your 2.5 latency RAM to match it. The speed difference is probably only on the order of 1-3%, but it is measurable.
Hopefully someone who knows more about the memory issue will chime in and either correct my errors or lend some support to my memory
