Saavis is ruining AH for me
« on: April 26, 2005, 06:12:16 PM »
208.172.3.6 in Chicago is dropping 60-80% packets continually. It is also causing my route in to change.I don't know enough about how the hops, and routing work,to try and fix it.I know it isn't Hitech's fault. So I will keep my account active to suppport their efforts.Every sim I have flown has had bad connect problems at one time or another,so nothing new there.Just bought Silent Hunter 3,and I been playing it a lot.No lag problems with it.I imagine Saavis has Hitech locked in to a contract,so I will keep checking with Pingplotter to see if anything changes.I will be back when I can get a playable connect.Kind of aggravates me,I build a puter that can handle AH,and then the connect throws snake eyes, figures:confused: Keep my P38 in good condition,I'll be back.

I'm not gonna say a word.  Nope not a word.  I'm just gonna keep quiet and not say a darn thing.  Yep.  Thats me, quiet as a mouse.  Uh huh.  Wont hear a thing out of me.

Ah hell.

TOLD YA SO!

Ah, I feel better.  :)  I love hearing people rant about Savvis.  Makes my life more worthwhile.  lol

Btw, in case anyone doesnt know?  I dont care for Savvis much.  I think everyone knows that, but just in case we have some new folks.  I hate em.  Loathe em.  Despise em.  They are a barren wasteland in the terrain of the internet world.  They are a waste of space and energy.

I'd use stronger words but this is a family show.
