About 9:30 at work I had a bowl of cereal with fresh cut strawberries and grapes. The at 11:45 I had a fresh Romaine lettuce salad with balsamic vinagrete dressing and fresh grilled chicken from the grill at the office and some garlic cheese bread. Some of the other guys were cooking bass filets with crushed red pepper and baked beans with whole chunks of salted brown sugar cured ham.
Tomorrow being Friday I am checking out of the office around 12 with the office manager who is about a 10 handicap and going to play 18 holes with her and a good friend who is a scratch golfer and our ABF freight rep and his boss. So by 12:30 I will have had a few ice cold beers and a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with swiss cheese and spicy brown mustard.
