Just found my favo skin in a P47 version. Is this P47 "big stud" historical? Or is it a post war repaint?

That's a warbird P47 repainted in the markings of Robert Baseler's Jug from his wartime days in the MTO

Yes he did.. He flew:

P-40: "Stud"

P-47: "Big Stud"

P-51: "Little Stud"
