As for this setup: Hurri I v. A6M2 is one of the very best and most fun matches it is possible to have in this game.

TK, when we did the Rangoon scenario last year we used Ju88's for the Bettys, and forced them to take full fuel to offset their faster speed and just had to use the honor system on the rear guns.

Other than a little more manuverability that you would get with the KI-43 I, or II, the A6M2 is faster , and better armed. Once the cannon rounds are gone, the A6M2 is basically a Ki 43.

You are right though the Ki-43 would be a nice addition , for the early China setups.
The F2A would be a good addition as well.
