The first event I ever designed for the CM Team, was a Night Snapshot http://events.hitechcreations.com/snapshots/snapshot.php?snapshot_id=24

I ran it once, LOL, Aces High lacks a lot of Features to make night a truly realistic experience. True Night, is just too dark. Theres not enough light from the moon or stars, not like in real life, where a full moon can illuminate things hundreds of yards around.

If you were on for the Christmas time "night" HT gave us, night has come a long way.  I really dont think it would be as much of an issue as you think.  Much better ambient lighting.

As for the snapshot, best of luck guys.  I'm not a big GV driver myself, although I have been known to try one from time to time.  Keep in mind that GVs in scenarios have never been real popular, and it has recently been kicked around for another try.  If this snapshot goes well, you might just see a GV scenario (or at least one that uses them).  Again, best of luck!

Kudos! to you Ground Vehicle crews.  And Kudos again for your use of night time.  Since the retooling of night time, HT and his crew have put out a really well thought out rendition of night with plenty of ambient lighting.

I call it a  "WAR GAME"   as in real life wars or war games, they have most all the wepons.   From ground to air combat, only thing missing(but not needed) is little men running around,  (excluding the bailed pilot).  Diversity in the game helps keep it interesting thats for sure.  Just need the nudie bars added, thats all.

Since I spent the morning getting bombed by low sets of Lancasters and B24s. I think its a Great Idea ! Oh and Moil when you see this post we really need that 4 20mm Ostie and anything else you can think of. I was bombed today at one time with 3 sets of heavy bombers with one missing half of it's left wing and still flying.

! to those putting this thing together! Looking forward to a great turn out. Just maybe...it could influence some new armor to roll off the assembly lines!

This is a work in progress. There are certain aspects of this that have to be finalized. As soon as the designer, 1Hunglo, and the CMs get it all hashed out we will host the event. Tentatively we would like to have it run on Wednesday night snapshot 05/18/05 at 10PM EST in the SEA

"No Plan survives the first Contact Intact"

With the Allies having a 60/40 Advantage, Operation Spawn Camp will likely be Operation Fighting Retreat.

We'll see what happens, too bad you cant make it.:)
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!
