done the same a few times.

had 17s and i had just bombed some rook wifes and children, and i was on my return leg... i had just started to come down from my 23k alt when i spot some 24s climbing out from a rook base, heading the same direction as me. AFK of coarse. I decided id chase them, but to dump 13k alt difference, i did 2 circles above him, at 3000rpm dive and i ended up 5k behind him, doing 260mph and still around 4k above him. Coarse with him climbing hes speed was only 130ish so i soon caught up, and our speeds just about leveled. i flew over the guy about 1k higher and blasted him with the front gun, then moved to the rear, then to the tail. Of coarse him being in 24s the plane soon caught fire and i had 3 kills!

also had a great tail of this being used against me. I tried shooting down buffs in a 190 and lost my engine, so i set it on a glide back to base, on autopilot.  the glide, being around 120mph ment i was easy pickens for the buff pilot who turned around and chased me down lol:D

infact ive had something the same involving ar234s. popped over a hill and noiced loads of them taking off.... took out 6 before the 7ths tail guns took me engine out......

oh and i was once protecting a CV from bish (or was it rook?) spys, at 25k in a 110...and i saw rods ar234 formation coming in... dived down, 450mph, wings making terrible noises and took out 1, badly daming the 2nd and getting the credit later hahaha
