We have mostly military in the church I attend and I am confident the minister or others in the church would welcome persons that look like skinheads. I brought up the topic once of goths and persons who looked like agents of Satan (which some may put skinheads in that category) and the response was to not judge. Unfortunately, human nature can take hold. I must say, in defense of the congregation, the guys knew what they looked like and should have approached the minister. Agents of Satan know what they are.
Also, 99.99999% of the time you don't get the full or a completely true story from the news media. That said, I am not sure I agree with the church calling the police on them. But then, I was not there. I have to expect the 'good ole boys' were in this for a rise out of the congregation and got the reaction they were looking for. Calling the police may have been appropriate. I expect they were asked to leave by the police because the congregation was uncomfortable asking them to leave.
Maybe these guys should check out another church? It's not like there is only one here in the US. I bet there is a 'skinheads who hate everyone' christian church led by a fellow skinhead. For that matter, if they are really sincere, they can start their own church!
