A B26 Profile to be skinned
« on: May 03, 2005, 07:24:36 PM »
319th BG/440th BS, shot down Oct. 19, 1944

I submit this to the skinning community.  Maybe something for Raptor1 since he seems to be into 26s lately.

Here is what I threw together rather quickly from my Rosie O'Brady skin.

I'd say pretty good for a one hour turnaround.  Thanks for taking it on.

I met a b-26 pilot at work on saturday, he was more than willing to share his experiences with us but we were busy so i couldnt talk long.  Guess he is a regular though so im gonna try and find out some info about his bomber group, plane, etc... then hopefully someone can do a skin of it.

Theres still some stuff to do before I think about submitting it, like I said I just threw that together rather quickly.
The 88 needs moved back some and color fixed.
That looks like an earlier B26 model you posted, I need to get rid of the default USAAF star and move it forward some.
Brown looks a little too light and metal doesnt look too much like metal yet.
