The larger area of "chips" should be on the port wing, that is from the pilot and aircrew working on it 2-3X as often. The starboard wing would have some from loading/maintaining the MG-151s but I think there is too much on that wing.

Just delete that layer and redo it. If you mean the background is waffle's art then just delete it and replace it with a fresh copy.

LOL i can't i was dumb was fixing my panel lines saved closed open again after a while worked on background :O i can paint over start over tho

Are you using Photoshop? If so delete that screwed up layer. Then you either recreate it, or copy the base artwork (background?) into your drawing again
