Film Viewer...external views and beeps

I've been playing threw some of my films and when I have them in External View and pan around with the NumPad, I get repeated beeps.  Any way to disable that?

are you holding down several keys for long periods of time? It's a hardware limitation if so, and you need to press less keys and take a little longer to get the view you want. I never get beeps, but then I often use recorded views.
