Clearly this is just one more peice of the anti-RAF conspiracy. The mediocre at best Spit14 is perked WAY too high, the Spit9 is missing some boost, and there's no Mk8 or clipped wing variants. I think the luftwobbles are to blame, except for the porked LW flaps it would be obvious!

No need to run.

Yes it is a conspiracy. Our Luftwobble agents in covert operations are currently penetrating the highest levels of HTC staff and influencing them by providing them with excessive levels of fine grade alcohol.

 Nobody can stop us.

Not until those flaps get fixed.

I was trying out the G2 earlier this tour, got PWNED by a F4U-1D in a stall fight. I figured my late 42 plane could beat his late 44 plane. His flaps were fully out (I could see them) and I couldn't get one notch in, I kept losing a wing in micro-stalls due to the torque but nothing on the flaps. We did about 4 full 360s and he had me. Going verticle was not an option since we were at 120mph and he was within 300-500 yards.

Furtard,

The same thing goes for the F6... the default view of the F6 is already partially zoomed.

you can zoom in and see the rivets on the plane ahead of you.

Sounds about right. You can only move your neck a little forward if the rest of you is pinned in place.

One article does not the truth make :)

Here's an image of some of "my" 41 squadron pilots just down from a flight across the channel.

S/L Tom "Ginger" Niel on the left has a sweater on under his Mae West.  Les salamanderett in the center has his battle dress, shir & tie, Mae West and gloves.  Hugh Parry on the right has the same with the addition of a scarf.  Not layer upon layer.

Having sat in a Spit, during a reunion for 41 Squadron, I can also say there is room to move in the cockpit.

Hugh Parry btw is still going strong at 85 as is Ginger Niel.
