Ah, thank you...

was a very windy day.  just wondering if that somehow contributed to the crash.  :(

I dont think i would want to ride in it... looks like the flight safety is a bit lacking.

he should have never taken that thing up on a day that windy.

that crash is almost the exact same as a REAL B52 crash ive seen. Ie once it rolls too far, the alierons dont have any effect.......

I think I saw the vid of the real 52 crash.  Some pilot was showing off for a general and did a steep turn at ground level and the wing tip hit.

not pretty

Turbines are becoming pretty popular. The smaller turbines (44 and 54mm ) can power small aircraft and don't require quite as much of an investment as the larger turbines or twins. They can be flown off of grass fields without too much trouble.

There is talk on RCUniverse that the 2nd b52 has crashed on its maiden, and the builder isn't being allowed to build a third. There are a lot of questions about why nothing was changed between the first and 2nd aircraft to rectify control and structural problems. Not to mention telemetry, which would be my first thought for something this large.

Did it seem like the empennage from the wing root back was a little short compared to an actual B-52?  I wonder if that affected it?
