Help me identify this Coin, it was in a bin of old coins that belonged to my Grandpa.

It appears to be Aurelian. AD 270-275

My sister has a coin that my grandfather gave the family.....it's a Roman coin with Cesar on it.

Turns out it isn't worth anything.
