ROFL!!

Saw a TV show on 'engineering disasters' where a drill rig on a BIG louisiana lake accidentaly poked a 7" hole thru the lake bottom into a working salt mine. Incredible pictures of trees, canal barges, structures being sucked down the massive whirlpool... truly awsome.

Sounds like some rooskie fishing with dynamite got a hole in their lake.

Yeah, I saw that one too....was amazing. Amazing also that nobody in the salt mine was killed....they all got out.

I remember the old guy telling his story about being on a little fishing boat gunning for shore to escape the whirlpool.
