Meat from 2 medium-size lizards(or 2 pounds of stew meat
if lizard is out of season)
2 tbsp flour 2 times (1 and 1 and 1 and 1 or 4 tbsp or 1/4 cup)
2 potatoes and 1 pot, mangled(1 and 1 and 1 or 3 potatoes, diced)
2 carrots 2 times, stabbed(1 and 1 and 1 and 1, or 4 carrots sliced)
1 stalk celery, stabbed(sliced)
2 onions, murdered(chopped)
2 bouillon cubes, crushed(Chicken bouillon good with lizard meat,
beef bouillon for beef meat)
2 cups water, burbled(boiling)
1 tsp $#@*!sauce(Worcestershire sauce)
2 tbsp parsley, murdered(chopped)
2 cloves garlic, mashed(minced)
1 bongleberry leaf(a bay leaf may be substituted)
1 tsp red gunk (paprika)
1 tsp salt
1 sneeze black pepper(1/2 tsp)

Womp lizard over head couple times. Throw lizard in pot. Add rest of gunk. Light big fire under pot. Take nap. Or,

Mix flour, salt, and pepper in cooking pot. Trim fat from meat and cut into 1-inch cubes. Coat meat with flour in pot. Add crushed bouillon and water: stir. Add remaining ingredients: stir.
Cover and simmer at lowest heat for 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally, until meat and vegetables are tender.
Democracy is two wolves deciding on what to eat. Freedom is a well armed sheep protesting the vote.

It's pretty obvious that veggies will always be a very small minority. I don't aim to convert anyone to becoming a veggie (hence my kids (10 and 16) eat meat). What I do try and do is to raise awareness of animal cruelty, this could be kids kicking a dog for their entertainment to pigs that are being boiled alive to remove bristles and eventually kill it.

I don't treat corporations any differently to individuals, we all have a duty to ensure a cruelty free life, be it to humans or animals.

Pretty noble, but here in the US we can barely define cruelty. We're still 50/50 (?) on whether or not the death penalty is cruel & unusual. If we establish a precedent that it is cruel, then it will be argued by groups like PETA that all slaughterhouses are cruelty to animals... except it'd be done in court instead of in front of KFC.

Boroda, you're not far off the mark. I've been a spectator watching at some protests before. Not participating, just people watching with friends during our McLunches. You can generally break down the people showing up into 3 groups. The people that actually care (a minority), the generally well-to-do people there to assuage their guilt over having a high standard of living (the majority), and the extremists that think fighting HPD is a good way to save the planet (the potentially dangerous minority). The bulk of it is smokescreens for political group fundraising, usually anti-globalization agendas, lots of evil nazi boosh yelling. One of my co-workers even went around and filled up a petition to ban dihyrdogen monoxide (before Penn & Teller did it). Afterall, it's all over the planet, it's in your bodies, they use it in nuclear plants, they use it in pesticides, it causes you to urinate & sweat excessively, it can have adverse effects on car brakes leading to accidents, it's used extensively by the US Military and the Insurgents fighting Iraq...

I'm still trying to figure out why you'd throw a glass bottle at a horse mounted cop, miss the officer, hit the horse, and then think you're going to outrun not one, but a half dozen house mounted patrolmen. Maybe he thought the cop clubbed seals in his off time? I dunno... but... Intellectual majority? Never saw it.

No need to be cruel when you slaugher, but that is not what Peta is about. Peta is about stoping people from eating meat at all.

They suck.

They hide behind free speach but rob it from others. They use use your kids to further their goals. They are the poster child for whats wrong with extremist groups.

Veggies choose their lifestyle for no other reason than they care about the rights of animals, period.

Actually thats incorrect.  There are plenty of vegetarians that don't eat meat simply because it's a healthier way of life.  Much less chance of getting human form of mad-cow, e-coli, salmonella etc...

Hence the reason you find veggies with leather shoes or fir coats.  Nothing wrong with killing an animal as long as they don't suffer, they just don't want to eat them.

That being said, I'm a meat eater myself.

Fair point,

should have said

99.9 % of veggies choose their lifestyle for no other reason than they care about the rights of animals, period.

The percentage is far greater than that.  Most of them don't run with the peta crowd so they don't stand out. They just choose not to make a big deal about it.

wipass.. if 99.9% of veggies do it because they don't want to see animals slaughtered then they are hypocrites if they wear leather or use products and medicines that have been animal tested.

"How about a cruelty free life and and a humane death, not too much to ask is it ? "

thats exactly what almost everyone here has said, the difference is the definition of cruelty.

btw, under that definition wouldnt you be able to eat any wild game you hunted yourself, provided your a good enough shot to ensure a clean kill?
