Refresh rate unlock

Is there utility that adds refresh rates? I just installed ‘official’ monitor driver and that took away my refresh rates. Regardless if I uninstall new drives, those rates are now stuck. Anyone know a good tool to do that… ?

my eyes can't handle looking at 85hz....

First thing to check should be the monitor's own OSD menu
Then your video card could have monitor profiles that went out of sync when you changed the drivers.
