when my girls were young (4 & 6 yrs old) they were all dressed up in their easter dresses (complete with the hats and gloves) looking very cute as we walked past some PETA protesters downtown.
the protesters found it less than entertaining when I had my daughters do a little song for them, complete with a very cute dance that I just cant do justice too with a description.
the song goes like this-
Way up North where it's cold
And you know there ain't no gold
People make their living off of seal skins they have sold
But me I like to kill 'em
Because it's so full fill'n
And I hate To see a baby seal grow old
Now, you don't kill a seal
Because you want a meal
You club 'em 'cause you want to hear the little sucker squeal
You step on the head and you do this just for kicks
While you poke them in the eyes with your eye-poke'n-sticks
the last line is done in the Shirley Temple type voice as they do a little twirl. it's quite lovely.
