PS  treason this is not the congressmen needs to get off his high horse.  The army just allowed 15 month elistments (the shortest term in history)  That right there tells me they are desparate and have allready scraped the bottom of the barrel for new recruits.  

Mind that last statement there I'm not saying our SOLDIERS are the bottom I'm saying were they are recruited from are usually last resort situations.  It is entirely possible to make a high quality soldier out of a low quality canidate.
