Actually, minors by law are not permitted to enter into any legally binding agreement. If I remember, AH (and most other PC software products) has an "I agree" clause in it that is clicked by the user. It would be unlawful for a minor to accept the agreement.
The same goes for credit cards. I am still amazed when I see minors use credit cards (not debt cards or cash cards). The receipt slip that purchasers must sign is a legally binding agreement. We all know why merchants/government look the other way......imagine the hit to the economy if merchants stopped letting minors make purchases with credit cards.
