Btw if the "NON" win it will only delay the "OUI" by some months as it can be ratified  by the parlement (2/3 majority) which would have been the best choice IMO.


Sounds like when our townships put up for a vote raising local taxes.
The residents of the township can vote no but the board can still override that no vote and impose em anyway.

Well its not pegged to anything so the free market sets the value, btw dollars are created out of thin air as well.

Not sure, but the US did something similar when it took the USD off the gold standard.
