not real hilarious when you consider how many US tax dollars it took to defend against such a claim. I hope they have court docs like this on template. It would get expensive to hire somone to write it.
Other than that an interesting view of the diverse legal world. Hope this guy got some help and that his civil rights weren't actually violated.
