P-38J and P-38L schemes
« on: May 16, 2005, 05:19:54 PM »
I'm posting this tread to show pics of the schemes i'm doing.  The OD template is done and I have a few touch ups to do on the metal layers then I'll start cranking out schemes.  Here is two preview pics of the P-38L base metal texture.

I do have one question is there a setting to put in the dir to make it look more metal?? (like the shininess)

Download the default P38L skin and copy the 'materials' file from it to your directory.
This sets shinyness.

hey guys, sorry for vanishing, my mobo has developed problems and I have no AGP slot and only 3 working PCI so i'm limited to what I can do.  I can run photoshop for a little bit but I think i can do one of the above pretty quick.

will post pics soon.

328778 was a P-38J, not an "L", but that should be easy to switch.

Nice metal look - no, great metal look.

Having a little trouble making out the nose art - can you bring it out more?

Also don' t forget his black "scoreboard" on the side of the fuse with the two kill markers...
