I don't know if this belongs in the O'Club thread or not. But a message there lemented the fact some cooking and grilling threads would be lost. IMO, cooking threads were the most helpful, civil, and informative. I think an Aces High cooking topic would be a cool inclusion. Can never get enough grilling advice :D

Which, of course, is why they started an O'Club so long ago;

to get the BBQ tips and bird photos out of the all important General Discussion, so that serious discussions on the sanctity and inviolability of of a parachuting pilot, the relative merits of Head-Ons, the difficult questions of how much to perk planes one does not personally fly and proper assignations of the title "kill stealer" could be discussed and answered with suitable gravity and proper demeanor .

Yes I can not tell a lie. It was me that started a a thread in the O'Club on BBQ Brisket & ribs. I was surprized how many jumped in asking questions and offering advice. As a bonifide Que afficianado and professional chef, I'd be happy to moderate a Q/grill/cooking forum if anyone should wish to host one.
