I think the title should have been more like:

"When marketdroids corner an engineer and force, at the point of a cattle prod, an english description of how something they're working on functions.  After which, they find someone who can translate english to marketingspeak so they can commission a flash animation."

Not as catchy, maybe....

I'm an engineer, and none of my brethren were involved.

Cue...  the marketing person.  Their veins pulse, not with blood like you or I, but instead with a viscous, vomitous black liquid.

Marketing people are the devil.

The art of how to lie to a customer to fool them into buying **** they don't need.

do you have to be an aragant BMW driving bellybutton to get into the marketing club?

I think "Viagra for the Hard Drive" would have been a better title.
