I love our judicial system.

I bet you do.

Yep, that's the one. I was assured it was a legal operation, even read about it in Money magazine I think.  Am I going to cyber-jail?

You make a bargain in Russian Federation, and if Russian court said your bargain is legal - then it's legal.

Fortunately - there are still different countries with different laws. If you marry a girl who's only 17 in the Ukraine - there will be no reason for international "human rights abuse" lawsuit :D

But if you don't want to feed crooks - IMHO it's better to use P2P networks. At least in this case you share and not only leech. It's a real way towards Communism, and I like it.

I use Rhapsody.  Pay 10 bucks a month, I can download and listen to unlimited music on my PC.  If I want to burn them to a CD, its 99 cents for most songs, some for 49 cents.  Plus every so often they run promotions where you get so many songs free for what you buy.

TY for the reponse and sound advise,

gonna try a few!

As far as paying for music or a service, thats a consideration.

-Off subject-

BTW you notice there are a lot more GOOD bands and touring for longer periods and to more venues?
That is the effect of the intardnet and its free music.
