I'd suggest the 66.93 Omega drivers. Proven stable, works with the 6xxx Nvidia cards. "Certified" drivers from Nvidia seem to be a crapshoot right now.

The 66.93 are your best bet for Aces High that I have found.
The other "work" but have issues here and there, nothing really big, but not as stable as the 66.93's

I have both the 6800GT & 7800 and both do well with these drivers. Should be fine for the 6600GT.
