Got my medical back
« on: June 23, 2005, 06:43:18 PM »
My aviation medical examiner gave me the okee dokee to get back in the air.  WOOOOT!

Going back to work on the 1st of next month, so my time in game is gonna take a drastic drop for the summer.

Have a fun summer folks, I know I'm going to!

Cheers,

Congrats... buzz a cornfield at sundown for me!

You gotta come back in with tassle fuzz all over the brakes and tires.  ;)

Only if it's on the very front of the skid....  hovering over corn don't count 'less you're making AlIeN crop circles!

Congrats!

I'm looking for the same thing in mid-July.  Been grounded for a year, and it sucks.

Glad to be getting back to work ;)

Grounded for a year? That really sucks. What happened? (if its okay to ask).

Hope it turns out good for you in July!

Was kind of dumb actually. I slipped on some ice at an airport and snapped both bones in my lower r/h leg. Steel plate, 9 screws and 3.5 months later, I'm fit to fly.

Longest 3 months of my entire life.  I won't be running any marathons anytime soon, but I am serviceable.

Slimm, flying is the work (although somedays I think I would almost pay them to let me do what I do. hehe)
Cheers,
RTR

I had a little vision issue.  It hasn't recurred so I should get cleared next month.
